This well-maintained Redwood 36FB includes the Redwood Parks Package, Residential Appliance Package, Blonde Cherry cabinetry, full body paint, and many other factory options. This 5th wheel was lived in full-time while volunteering at U.S. National Parks & Monuments for five years. It has approximately 18,000 road miles as it was stationary for 3–12 months at a time during this period.

The Redwood 36FB is ideal for traveling couples, smaller families, and hosting occasional guests. The 2 slides in the living area create a spacious main salon that can accommodate a group of 6 or more. The dinette seats 4 for dinner. There is lots of storage above the living room furniture and around the TV and fireplace (including storage behind the TV which swings forward so it can be watched from the kitchen).

The coach sleeps 4 comfortably, with a queen bed in the main bedroom (featuring a slide-within-a-slide for additional floor space) and a futon sofa in the living room that converts into a full-size bed. The master suite contains a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. Cedar-lined cabinets, numerous drawers, and a full-width hanging closet with shelves and shoe cubbies provide ample storage for clothing and personal items. There is also storage under the bed and a 39” LG LED TV in the bedroom.

The walk-through bath can be closed off from the bedroom to provide a guest bath, or from the living area to create an ensuite master bedroom. Pocket doors on either side of the bathroom provide privacy and quiet. The toilet is located in a separate small room. The large side shower features a bench and skylight for extra headroom.

The residential kitchen offers ample storage for full-time living, including pull-out shelves in the large pantry, a smaller pantry, cutting board with a hole for waste disposal into the pull-out waste basket below, a convection microwave oven, and a 3-burner propane stove. Factory options replaced the oven with three large drawers for storing pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

Outside you’ll find large storage areas underneath the living area, a 32” LED TV, and a Porch set up, Port-A-Deck by RV-CO.

This coach has been a reliable travel home. It is for sale due to anticipated minimal use following the purchase of a ranchette and the start of a business in the Texas Hill Country. It has been a non-smoking coach and stored undercover for four years. There is no hail or wind damage. The fabric in both awnings was replaced this year.
