Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your "Taste of the Glassblowing Hot Shop" experience up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time for a refund. Cancellations are assessed an 8% service fee to cover credit card processing fees. After 48 hours, there are no refunds or rescheduling. No shows cannot reschedule or receive a refund.

 

Please Note: Due to the nature of glass, there is a possibility that your glass art piece could break or crack during the cooling process. If this happens, you will be notified by phone or email and you will have three different options: 1) choose up to three colors and your artwork will be created for you; 2) choose the same style(s) of art glass piece from the Purple Shack Makers Gallery; or 3) schedule a time to come back to the Enchanted Fredericksburg Glassblowing Studio and re-make your art glass piece.
